Ssebunya Edymond is a dedicated professional serving as the Program Coordinator and Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL)/Liason Officer at Regional Associates for Community Initiatives (RACI). with experience in program management, monitoring and evaluation, community engagement, and partnership coordination, he is passionate about designing and implementing impactful initiatives that promote sustainable development and social transformation.

Women Peace & Security

Mildred Bikorwomuhangi serves as the Women, Peace, and Security Officer at Regional Associates for Community Initiatives (RACI). She leads the implementation of Women, Peace, and Security interventions under the Peace Project, working with communities in ATIAK to promote social cohesion, strengthen inclusive participation, and support sustainable peacebuilding.

Passionate about community engagement, Mildred is dedicated to empowering women and fostering dialogue that contributes to peaceful, resilient, and inclusive communities. Her work is driven by a commitment to creating lasting positive change through collaborative, community-led approaches.

Francis Mwaka

Francis Mwaka

L&A | Field officer

Francis Mwaka is a Lobbying and Advocacy and Field Officer at RACI, based in Atiak Town Council, Amuru District. He advocates for equitable land governance and Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) for conflict-affected communities in northern Uganda, while maintaining direct field presence to ensure RACI's programmes remain grounded in community realities.
